Accreditation Process

At the IRAQ National Accreditation Center (IRNAC), the evaluation process is a meticulous and comprehensive journey designed to assess an organization's competence, credibility, and adherence to international standards. This process is crucial in ensuring the reliability and quality of the services provided by the organizations we accredit.

Accreditation Process

Application Review:

The evaluation process begins with a thorough review of the application submitted by the organization seeking accreditation. This step involves verifying the completeness and accuracy of the provided information and assessing the organization's eligibility and readiness for accreditation.

Document Assessment:

Once the application is reviewed, our experts conduct a detailed assessment of the organization's documentation, including policies, procedures, manuals, and records. This step ensures that the organization’s management system is compliant with the relevant accreditation standards and has been effectively implemented.

On-site Assessment:

Following the document assessment, our assessment team conducts an on-site evaluation of the organization's facilities, equipment, personnel, and processes. This in-depth examination allows us to observe the organization's operations in real-time, identify any non-conformities, and assess the competence and capability of the organization to deliver high-quality services.

Non-conformity Resolution:

If any non-conformities are identified during the on-site assessment, the organization is required to address and resolve them promptly. Our assessors work collaboratively with the organization to ensure that corrective actions are effective and sustainable, leading to improvements in the organization's management system and service delivery.

Decision Making:

After the resolution of non-conformities, the assessment findings are reviewed by our accreditation decision-making body. This body considers all the assessment evidence and makes an impartial and informed decision on the organization's accreditation status, ensuring that the organization meets all the accreditation requirements and can consistently deliver competent and reliable services.

Accreditation Granting:

Once the organization successfully meets all the accreditation requirements, IRNAC grants accreditation, providing the organization with a formal recognition of its competence and capability. This accreditation is a testament to the organization's commitment to quality, excellence, and continuous improvement.

Surveillance and Reassessment:

After accreditation is granted, we conduct regular surveillance assessments to ensure the continued compliance and competence of the accredited organization. Periodic reassessments are also performed to re-evaluate the organization's entire management system and confirm its ongoing adherence to the accreditation criteria.

The evaluation process at IRNAC is a rigorous and holistic approach to ensuring the highest standards of quality and competence among accredited organizations. It is a collaborative journey where we work closely with organizations to enhance their capabilities, improve their systems, and elevate their service delivery.

By undergoing our detailed evaluation process, organizations not only gain formal recognition of their competence but also demonstrate their unwavering commitment to excellence, integrity, and customer satisfaction.
